One of the most important aspects of our business is to provide coil winding services commensurate to the genuine component quality. This is mainly because higher peaks in the electric motor encountered in driving cooling compressors. It is therefore, HCO class enamel coil wire is used in coil winding and thermistors rated at the original design are used to protect the coil winding. All other accessories are selected in according to the compressor at hand. The coil after winding is subjected to megger testing. It is then reinforced against to adverse effects of the peak currents, vibrations and particulate liquid impacts by varnishing with the insulation liquid compliant to the refrigerants. The spare stators are also available in our inventory to supplement the coil windings on the rotary portion of the electric motor performed with our expertise.
